More about Glyn

Born and bred in East London, Glyn attended and finished school at Selborne College, where his immense appetite for sport – rugby in particular – was sufficiently appeased. After leaving school in 2004, his rugby pursuits opened many doors to travel internationally. From New Zealand and Australia to all over Europe and back across to Asia. Even though his sole focus on all of these occasions was to play sport, he always had a side interest in property and particularly how the different markets, the physical structures and the industry in general, were so unique in each country. In 2009, after a number of significant injuries on the field, Glyn moved from a “player’s role” into a “coach’s role” and took up the Sports Coordinating position at a high school in Durban. In 2013 the call to “go home" to his Eastern Cape roots was too strong to ignore; so he and his wife Juanita, packed their things to set off on a new adventure to Port Elizabeth! With a new city came the opportunity for a new occupation: Real Estate! A profession highly suited to Glyn`s relational personality. His desire to provide high levels of service to clients to ensure the best result possible is another driving factor, as well as the opportunity to get out from behind the desk and see new places and meet new people! Along with the change in career, came a change in family dynamic from 2 members to 6: his eldest, Joel-Luke (11 years old in 2025), daughters Alexis (9 years old in 2025) and Abigail (6 years old in 2025) as well as youngest son, Judah (4 years old in 2025) are the gifts that just keep on giving! Glyn`s lenses through which he "views" the world is driven by a living and vibrant relationship with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. This "Anchor" has been the fuel to keep his focus strong and his outlook positive. Since getting into Real Estate in 2013, Glyn has made it his primary goal to ensure his client’s best interests receive pole position! He is dedicated, articulate, knowledgeable and committed to customer satisfaction! His unrivalled customer service has resulted in an ever-expanding network of loyal clients and referrals all over the country. Passionate to his craft, he continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to market education and trends. Whether you need to sell or purchase a property, Glyn has your best interests covered!

18 Aug 2025
When it comes to selling a home, every property owner dreams of securing the best possible price. Unfortunately, one of the most common mistakes sellers make is setting the price too high.
