More about Gavin

Being the Germiston property practitioner of choice comes with the added benefit of long-term relationships, accountability and best of all, intimate knowledge of the surrounding areas. I have lived in Germiston for the past 20 years and involved in various aspects of community life. I am a proud member of Germiston Rotary club when I am currently in the chair as secretary, involved in the Lamdel Resident Association where again I am the secretary elect. Other memberships include Lions International and youth development under the auspices of the Scouts.

There is absolutely nothing I have ever worked at in the past 53 years of my life that is singularly as rewarding as being a property practitioner. Working with different people teaches you the art of really listening to clients, absorb information, negotiate the best outcomes and building networks. I try each do to live by one standard: How can I do this better?

For the past few months, my aim is to hone my skills in commercial and industrial estate development where I am upskilling myself to be more useful to my potential clients – whether in residential or commercial property alike.

At home, Carol and myself are proud parents to Ashleigh (23) and Thomas (11) both very accomplished and well rounded children.
