As a real estate professional since 2009, Feroza is known for her outstanding client services. She completed her NQF4 Real Estate Qualification and obtained her Business Management Diploma from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

Over the years she has been awarded an Ice Breaker award, New Rookie Award, Top Agent Award, Bronze -, Silver-, Gold- and Platinum Status Awards.

She strongly believes it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also educate them throughout every step of the selling and purchasing process with top-notch information and marketing insights, for them to make the best possible decisions.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most important and emotional decisions in a person's life and she is extremely honored when clients choose her to sell their home and to find them the house of their dreams.

In her spare time, Feroza loves spending time with her family and friends, she loves to paint, enjoys working in the garden, completing DIY projects, listening to music, dancing and she loves to explore the city and try out new restaurants.
