More about Elmaré

For the past 30 years, I have been working in the residential real estate industry, starting with 10 years in Property Management at Metropolitan and 5 years at Dunlop Heywood. Since 1993, I have had the pleasure of helping many clients buy, sell, and rent their properties, as evidenced by the testimonials above. I specialize in helping buyers analyze their capability and assist with their bond applications, finding the most suitable home they can afford and helping with design, whether it is for renovations or building a new home to fulfill their dream of their most expensive investment. My experience managing office blocks and shopping complexes, as well as new developments, provides expertise without extra cost. I also help sellers with advice on how to get the maximum selling price for their investment without overcapitalizing. My qualifications include multiple property courses and seminars, a certificate in managing buildings and contracts, the original EAAB board exam, and NQF4 & 5. I have been a principal since 1996 and have been helping clients through good and difficult times. I focus predominantly on the Kuilsrivier and Brackenfell areas and would be delighted to help you find a home to buy or willing to sell for the best price using our CMA and CRM systems. Recently, I joined a global company, EXP South Africa, networking with thousands of agents all over the world. Investors interested in buying in South Africa are also a great benefit when marketing properties. To experience my expertise, contact me now. I look forward to hearing from you!
