More about Edna

Edna Venter’s professional journey is a testament to resilience, adaptability, and unwavering dedication.

Originally from Gauteng, Edna embraced motherhood in 2005 and 2007 with the birth of her two daughters—a pivotal chapter that inspired her to balance personal fulfilment with entrepreneurial ambition. During this time, she launched a successful cleaning company, showcasing her resourcefulness and proactive drive to create opportunity.

Motivated by a desire to contribute meaningfully to her community, Edna transitioned into the real estate sector, building on her administrative experience as a former Personal Assistant at Mr Price Group. In 2017, after relocating to KwaZulu-Natal, she began laying the foundation for her real estate career. Edna completed her internship, earned her NQF4 qualification, and passed her PDE4 exam to become a fully qualified Property Practitioner.

Her professional milestones reflect her commitment to excellence:

* 2020: Managed 4 rental and 5 procurement properties

* 2021: Expanded to 21 managed rentals and 13 procurements

* 2022: Managed 25 rentals, 12 procurements, and closed 2 sales, including one auction property

In 2023, Edna briefly stepped away from real estate to explore a career in vehicle sales with Haval. However, her passion for property remained strong. By the final quarter of 2024, she returned to real estate with renewed focus—securing both a rental and a sales transaction within her first two months back. By the first quarter of 2025, she was managing nine rental properties and had closed two additional sales by June 2025.

With formal training in auction sales and a proven ability to perform under pressure, Edna continues to build a reputation for professionalism, precision, and client-centered service. She excels at balancing rental management with strategic property sales, ensuring consistent results across her portfolio.

Edna takes pride in her accomplishments, driven by purpose and deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve her clients with integrity and care. Her future in real estate is defined not only by ambition but also by her unwavering commitment to meaningful, exceptional work.
