eXp Realty / Property Practitioner
More about Eben

Hi, I’m Eben Beukes — a Cape Town–based artist and Property Practitioner at eXp Realty, with a deep appreciation for creative detail and genuine human connection. For over seven and a half years, I’ve worked as a hyperrealistic charcoal artist, proudly represented by the Art@Africa Gallery at the V&A Waterfront. My original artworks are collected and sold internationally, reflecting my passion for emotion, realism, and fine detail. Working with clients has always been my forte — ensuring they walk away happy and satisfied, whether with a unique artwork or, now, with a home. ‍My love for architecture and the way spaces shape our lives naturally led me to real estate. Born and raised in Melkbosstrand, I focus on property sales along Cape Town’s scenic West Coast, while also operating across South Africa. Whether it’s a family home, a fresh start, or a dream holiday escape, I’m here to help people find places where lasting memories can be made. ‍I offer professional property marketing, including high-quality photography, videography, online listings, and social media exposure. Each property benefits from tailored strategies designed to attract the right buyers, backed by the strength of eXp Realty’s global network and innovative digital tools. ‍Even though I’m early in my real estate career, I am fully committed to giving 100% effort to every client. I pride myself on being detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about achieving the best results. My clients are never just transactions — I aim to build lasting relationships, bringing the same dedication I’ve carried throughout my international art career into real estate. ‍If you’re looking for someone who sees both the beauty and the potential in every property — and who genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit — I’d be honoured to walk that path with you.
