More about Donita

I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2004, beginning my career as a sales agent and working full-time in sales until 2010. In August of that year, I moved into the role of Rental Portfolio Manager at my previous company — a position that allowed me to discover my true passion for Property Management, while still actively assisting clients with sales when needed.

When I joined Harcourts in April 2015, I made a committed shift to focus solely on Property Management and Rentals, and it has been my area of expertise ever since. With more than two decades in the industry, I understand the importance of clear communication, strong landlord-tenant relationships, and managing property investments with professionalism, care and efficiency.

Outside of work, family is everything to me. My free time is filled with jogging, fishing, travelling, gym sessions, and simply enjoying life with the people I love. These moments keep me grounded, balanced, and energised for the work I do each day.

Whether you’re a landlord looking for a reliable property manager, a tenant seeking a well-managed home, or someone who values experience and integrity, I’m here to help you navigate your property journey with confidence.
