More about Devin

My first passion in life was architecture, but I initially pursued a path in business. I was then presented with the opportunity to enter the world of real estate; I couldn`t resist due to my love for house design. My focus in the real estate market is luxury residential sales. My clients continue to praise me for my dedication and professionalism, and my testimonials speak for themselves. Some of my accolades include a 25% market share in the competitive suburb of Camps Bay after just four years in the area. Among many accolades, noteworthy achievements include no. 1 in sales value in a team nationwide for Chas Everitt and over R200 Million in sales in 2023 in a team of two. My background in the luxury yacht industry sets me apart from others in the real estate sales industry. I have sailed the world on luxury yachts and had the privilege of meeting some of the world`s most successful and influential people. This experience has left me with a certain calmness and confidence when working with high-net-worth individuals. In terms of qualifications, in addition to my NQF real estate license. I hold a Certificate in Business Computing, a Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, and an International Computer Driver`s License. I currently live and work as an estate agent in the beautiful suburb of Camps Bay in Cape Town. I am passionate about helping my clients find their dream homes, and I would be honoured to help guide you on your real estate journey.
