Having bought, sold and built over 20 properties of my own, over a period of 30 years, I am not new to the property market, just new to linking sellers, buyers and tenants. I have an innate understanding of of the relationship between what a property owner experiences when they sell their primary residence and the expectations of the buyer when they are wanting a new home. Having been exposed to numerous and varied industries, there is one common denominator that is dominant, Service.
