Let me introduce myself to you, I am Dawn de Souza and I have been in Marketing and Sales for over 35 years. Just over 20 years ago my husband, my son and I moved to Bedfordview where I’ve now been a Property Practitioner for over 10 years. During my career as a Property Practitioner in Bedfordview, I have gained lots of knowledge and experience regarding market changes within the area, I’ve tried to keep up with technology changes as well as my skills development.

Purchasing a property is a big decision, you don’t just buy a house built of brick and mortar, you buy a home, a lifestyle, where memories are made. Other than saying “I do”, buying or selling a house is probably the most important decision of your life and more than likely, the biggest financial decision and commitment you will make. I try to provide guidance and support along every step of the process, and I believe that transparency and honesty are key. I value the relationships I build with my clients and some clients have become lifelong friends and customers.

Real Estate gets into you blood, it becomes a passion, assisting families buy their dream home or making their first investment, it’s addictive, and people reaching their goal of owing their first home is so rewarding – no words can explain!

It is an honour and privilege to be part of the Harcourts Kempen Team, their values and integrity, align perfectly with mine.
