More about Dawid

My name is Dawid Mnyengeza and I was born and raised in Bloemfontein Heidedal, a place close to my heart.

Before going into real estate, I was working in the customer service sector. I worked as a branch consultant at a mutual bank and 2 years later I joined the aviation industry where I worked as a customer service agent.

Unfortunately, I got retrenched and I had to look for an alternative job, so I started selling cars which went well but I still wanted something more challenging and that had that human interaction.

One day I saw an advert in a newspaper about a company looking for real estate agents, I applied and got the job. 6 years later and I still get a thrill of meeting new people/clients.

The part I like most of my work is meeting new people and making their dreams of owning a property become a reality. Just seeing that excitement in their faces makes me want to sell more houses and put more smiles on people's faces.

My favourite hobby is working on cars. Either building them from scratch or simply just driving through my neighbourhood and showing off some of the cars I've built.
