Ek is gebore en getoë in die hart van die Philippolis-area, 'n area wat deel is van my familie se erfenis.

My jeug was gewortel in die landelike lewe, waar die Oranjerivier nie net 'n bron van water was nie, maar ook vir baie ontspanning gesorg het.

Ek het in my kinderjare ook op die familie-plaas gewerk en help boer 'n lewensafontuur wat die fondamente gelê het vir my latere roeping.

Na my skooljare het ek 'n pad gekies van kennis en ontwikkeling en het myself in die onderwysveld bevind en het vir twee jaar as 'n skoolonderwyser gedien.

Tog was daar 'n onstilbare liefde vir landbou wat my hart en siel gepla het.

Ek het 'n geleentheid gekry om my vaardighede in die landbousektor te benut deur in die lewende hawe-afdeling te begin werk. Hier kon ek my passie vir die landboubedryf uitleef. My reis van 10jaar het my uiteindelik gelei na die rol van Streeksbestuurder vir BKB Sentraal, 'n posisie wat my die geleentheid bied om betrokke te kon wees by die ontwikkeling van die landboubedryf in die streek.

Ek het besluit om betrokke te raak by BKB se eiendomsafdeling, Home & Hectare. Hierdie opwindende geleentheid het my betrokkenheid by plaas- en huisverkope ingesluit. Dit is 'n voorreg om deel te wees van 'n dinamiese span wat bydra tot die verryking van die plaasgemeenskap en die groei van die eiendomsbedryf.

My daaglikse ervarings op die plase en tussen die boere en mense voed my passie en positiewe uitkyk vir die toekoms van die Suid-Afrikaanse landbou. Elke dag is 'n geleentheid om by te dra tot die sukses van die bedryf wat my hart aan die brand hou. My verhaal is een van toewyding aan die erfenis van die land en 'n geloof in die potensiaal wat dit inhou.
