Danie obtained BA Hon's - Personnel and Industrial Psychology and MA Personnel and Industrial Psychology at the PU for CHE, Worked as a Senior Researcher at the Human Sciences Research Council where he registered as Industrial Psychologist (PS 1859)

He then joined Volkskas Group of companies from 1986 until 2000 as Assisted General Manager for ABSA Financial Services.

In 2001 he joined ERA Group of companies as Director of Pretoria Northern Suburbs. Wrote the EAAB Examination 2001 and managed a team of 20 Estate agents until 2007.

2014 - 2016 Joined Seeff Hermanus Management team as Manager overseeing Administration, Financial and Sales. Part of Management team resulted in winning Seeff Licence of the year 2015, Division 3

Special recognition: Seeff National Manager Award 2015

Completed Seeff Advanced Management Programme with Milpark, November 2016. Competent in all Seeff operations and applications

Managed Seeff Blouberg Sales team 2016/2017, residential, sectional title and developments.

Joined Harcourts Titans July 2019 as Business Development Manager, responsible for all residential, sectional title and development sales.
