Courtney Theessen studied entrepreneurship in small financial businesses. She specialized in paint techniques in furniture for her small business Ageless from 2017 to 2021. Following her time as an au pair in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States during 2022 and 2023, she had a positive experience embracing diverse cultures, which allowed her to travel and grow through the understanding of various lifestyles, while also teaching her invaluable lessons in responsibility and leadership.

With a passion for people and culture, Courtney recognizes that we inhabit a world rich in diversity, which unites us and facilitates our ability to learn and grow.

The most significant decision she has made in life has been to embrace risks in pursuit of her goals; one never knows where such choices may lead. It is often just one step away from a completely different life.

Working alongside her mom, Samantha Theessen, at the Harcourts Coastal Design Branch is both a privilege and a source of strength, fostering growth and passion in a field that celebrates cultural diversity.
