More about Claire

All agents are passionate about property, but I am also passionate about people and matching homes to buyers. I always lead with kindness and find that most of my dear friends are actually past clients, both in Cape Town and abroad. I am ever optimistic and full of enthusiasm and I believe that every day can be your very best day if you choose to see it that way.

Whilst my passion for property sales blossomed in 2010, I have a background in the healing arts, and am a student of astrology. I pride myself in being able to offer a more holistic approach to property transactions. As an empath I love to feel into the needs of clients and help them to hold the vision for their future selves, often encouraging them to set affirmations and create vision boards.

Buying and selling property is a milestone achievement, which I am always so honoured to be a part of. I understand the nervous excitement that goes with it and often hear myself saying “It’s not a Tshirt – you can’t just exchange it”. I pride myself in assisting clients to make a knowledgeable decision that is right for them and am happy to hand hold and gently hold space. I am a very curious being with an enquiring mind and I spend much time ensuring I am up to date with all the property laws, and can rise up to Mama Bear energy when needed for negotiations.

Selling an Overpriced Property: How to Bounce Back and Attract Buyers
18 Aug 2025
When it comes to selling a home, every property owner dreams of securing the best possible price. Unfortunately, one of the most common mistakes sellers make is setting the price too high. For many South Africans, the start of the year marks the time when serious home-buying decisions are made.
