More about Cindy-lee

I’m Cindy-Lee Sterrenberg, a PPRA-registered, full-status Property Practitioner with Harcourts Blue, proudly serving Germiston, Lambton, Castleview, Dinwiddie, Delville and surrounding communities. With more than R21 415 000 in confirmed residential property sales, I bring a combination of heartfelt service, strong technical background and deep neighborhood insight to every client I represent. My career before real estate spanned banking, accounts, IT and compliance at ABSA, NIB, Nedcor and BBD, giving me a strong foundation in accuracy, process, integrity and client care—all of which shape the way I serve my buyers and sellers today.

My journey in real estate began unexpectedly in August 2018 when my husband received an opportunity in Ballito, my favorite coastal town. Leaving the security of corporate life for a self-employed path was both exciting and terrifying, but the agency I joined provided exceptional mentorship, training and support. Those early experiences built my confidence, sharpened my skills and confirmed that property was not just a career shift—it was my new calling. When we returned to Germiston in March 2019, I knew immediately that I wanted to continue in real estate, and I have never looked back.

I specialize in residential free-standing homes, townhouses, sectional-title units, family properties and investment stock. My clients appreciate my ability to blend structured, practical guidance with empathy and patience. Whether you’re selling a long-time family home, navigating a major transition or purchasing your very first property, I make it a priority to guide you through each step with clarity, confidence and consistent communication. I pride myself on accurate pricing insight, effective digital marketing, honest feedback and a calm, solutions-driven approach that helps clients make informed decisions in a sometimes overwhelming process.

Lambton is my home and my heart. I raised my children here, and I am deeply invested in the wellbeing and growth of our community. Our neighborhood is rich with good schools, strong medical facilities, convenient shopping and a close-knit community spirit. I am actively involved in local initiatives—from neighborhood clean-ups to municipal information events, charity drives for Epworth Children’s Home and supporting various local causes. One of my favorite traditions is the annual Santa Sleigh that brings joy to our streets during Christmas. My connection to this community allows me to guide clients with insight not only into the properties, but into the lifestyle, the people and the rhythm of the neighborhood.

I am also active in Boksburg and Benoni, and when clients need assistance outside my core service areas, I ensure they are connected with trusted professionals within Harcourts Blue. Real estate is a relationship business, and I believe in being a resource, an advisor and a steady support system for the people I serve.

What I love most about my career is the people. Every sale introduces me to new stories, new journeys and new beginnings. Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial and emotional decisions a person can make, and I take that responsibility seriously. At Harcourts Blue, we follow a proven strategy and a clear promise that allows our clients to move forward with peace of mind, knowing that their home is being represented with professionalism, heart and purpose.

My favorite advice comes from Sandra Bullock:

“The rule is you have to dance a little bit in the morning before you leave the house because it changes the way you walk out in the world.”

I bring that same positive energy and optimism into every client interaction.

Whether you are buying, selling or simply exploring your options in Germiston, Lambton or surrounding areas, I am here to guide you with dedication, care and confidence.

Your story matters, and I am with you all the way.
