More about Chelsea

I was born and raised in Mill Park, Port Elizabeth. I am from of family of 4 daughters. My father, a brickmaker had a passion and a vested interest in property, which he shared with us from a young age. I am married with 2 boys who are 18 and 20 years old, who also share my interest in property.

I have been in hospitality sales for most of my working life and I do have an excellent sales track record in conversions from enquiries into bookings. I have my own rental properties and investment properties are my passion. I purchased my first property in my early twenties and my passion and interest in property has grown from then. I have foresight and vision and I can see the full potential in most homes, and I love to share these ideas with my clients.

My motto is 'there are no problems only solutions'. I am a positive person and I see life as an adventure. It is not about what life throws at you it is all about how you handle what life throws at you.

I see potential in all property, and I believe subtle, clever, and cost-effective changes can make a house into a home. To better understand my client's needs I have a "more listen and less talk" attitude as I would like my clients to have a 100% positive and helpful experience throughout the whole process.

But as research suggests, these sellers may end up prioritising emotional return on investment (EROI) over price before making their next move and disrupting the transfer of wealth.
