More about Charne

My name is Nkoane Emmanuel Madumise, and I was born in the heart of Soweto, a place that shaped my deep-rooted passion for people and community development. Over the years, I have cultivated a career dedicated to meaningful service, starting in client services and later transitioning into the non-profit sector, where I found my true calling in project implementation, marketing, and communications.

With more than a decade of professional experience, including seven years in client services and extensive work within the NGO space, I have built a strong reputation for driving impactful programmes that serve vulnerable populations, particularly in health, youth development, and social empowerment. My professional journey reflects a commitment to creating environments that empower individuals and uplift communities through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and well-coordinated project delivery.

My work within service space has allowed me to lead and support initiatives that address critical issues like HIV prevention, gender-based violence, and economic strengthening. I thrive in roles that demand both strategic thinking and hands-on coordination, and I take pride in being a dependable team player who always aims for excellence.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I am inspired by the power of focus and dedication. My favourite quote, “Focus demands sacrifice,”is a mantra that reflects how I approach both personal growth and community service. It reminds me that achieving meaningful change requires commitment, discipline, and a willingness to put in the work.
