Charl Marais

Charl`s real estate career spans over a period of 32 years. Starting off in the property valuation field, he acquired a National Diploma in Property Valuation and gained extensive valuation experience at different institutions and later on in private practice as a director in a well known valuation firm. In this time he also qualified himself as a certified estate agent. After 16 years full time in the valuation industry the opportunity arose to start a new property business, focussing on the selling and leasing of residential property. Through service excellence and hard work he positioned his agency as a force to be reckoned with. His methodical approach and attention to detail in assisting his clients, has made him the agent of choice for many. In line with what eXp South Africa believes in, he places a very high emphasis on excellent service, transparency, honesty and integrity. Having a passion for property, and having personally invested in property, he has an excellent knowledge of the market and property investment, and have given many of his clients very good advice pertaining to wealth creation through property investment. He has his MPRE qualification and is fully licensed with the PPRA.
