Hi, I’m Chantal Burgess, the owner of Salt & Pepper Homes, based in Montana Park, Pretoria. I’ve been in real estate since 2013, working with some of the major brands in the industry and earning several company awards along the way. In 2020, I made one of the most rewarding decisions of my career—starting my own real estate agency. Today, I manage over 130 rental properties and continue to grow, while also focusing on sales and rentals. In November 2024, I partnered with eXp Realty on the sales side to expand my reach and better serve my clients. Salt & Pepper Homes was born from my absolute love and passion for people. The joy of seeing a family fall in love with a home for the first time, to handing over the keys on occupation day, is what drives me in this exciting industry.
