She completed her schooling at Collegiate Girl's School, followed by the completion of a secretarial course, course in Financial Management as well as BA Honours degree in Psychology through UNISA. Which speaks to her passion for people. Her inherently entrepreneurial spirit has allowed her several business opportunities over the years.

Benita is born and bred in Port Elizabeth and has been witness to the transitions from chilled-out coastal town to today's bustling Metro.

With over 19 years' experience in the real estate industry which makes her well-equipped with her area of expertise in corporate furnished and unfurnished rentals as well as sales with a particular focus on the areas of Mill Park, Walmer, and Summerstrand. It is this knowledge and experience too, combined with her intrinsic ability to really get to understand her clients' "story" that has seen her successfully cross over into the realm of sales.

During her down time, you'll find Benita spending cherished quality time with family or catching up with friends and, if time allows, curling up with a good book.
