More about Belinda

My career in the property profession commenced in the northern suburbs of Cape Town in 1986, where amongst others, I was co principle with my husband, of our estate agency for 9 years. Thereafter, I pursued my career with a corporate estate agency.

The beauty industry is another passion of mine. For numerous years I was in a managerial position for a reputable direct selling company where I was responsible for the expansion, development of the sales team and building the brand.

Since 2014 I managed and administered the Cape Town satellite sales office of a Pretoria based estate agency.

In 2017 I was offered the opportunity to relocate to Struisbaai. Although not knowing the area or it’s people, I bid farewell to the hustle and bustle of the city and relocated to this picturesque coastal town.

I pride myself in building relationships based on trust with my clients. Once a sale is concluded, I monitor and communicate progress of the sale to my clients until date of transfer and hand over of keys.

My clients become my friends and my referral system in my business.
