Barry Venter based in Newcastle, has been active in the real estate industry for a decade, represented clients all over Kwa - Zulu Natal, North Eastern Free State and Mpumalanga. Passionate in Selling Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial properties, Barry has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client’s expectations. Being a former Farmer /Business Owner himself, he has the knowledge to help the clients realize their needs and recommend the perfect criteria.

Barry has a wealth of experience having served on the Executive of the Newcastle Business Chamber for 8 years and has been a member of the Newcastle Sakekamer in his capacity as Director/Owner of Metalland Newcastle for more than 12 years. He also served as Executive Director on the Natal Golf Union for 4 years and has been the President of the Northern Natal Golf Association for 10 years.

In his free time, Barry is an avid fisherman, hunter and Family man. Spending time next to the waters or in the bush together with his friends and family is where you will find him in his spare time.
