More about Atilia

Having lived and travelled in Europe extensively for many years before relocating to Cape Town permanently ,i can say without any hesitation that South Africa offers ,in my opinion , undoubtedly some of the most magnificent real estate in the world. I therefore embraced the opportunity presented itself under the mentorship of Andre Langeveldt ,a prolific and highly respected realtor in the industry .

A degree in Philology and fluency in several European languages , including English ,Russian and Romanian ,allows me to connect with and communicate seamlessly with a wide range of clients ,locally and internationally .With a background and qualification in interior design and home staging ,i have a discerning eye for detail which allows me to unlock hidden value and potential in properties.

I believe that selling real estate is not just about bricks and mortar. The idea of helping people to find that perfect space ,a home ,perhaps a new beginning or just making a smart investment inspires me .

The true value or quality of something can only be judged after it has been experienced or tested ,rather than based on appearances or initial claims. I am therefore inviting you as a potential buyer or seller ,local or international ,to partner with me and The Cape Town Real Estate Company to experience for yourself the difference we can make together.

18 Aug 2025
When it comes to selling a home, every property owner dreams of securing the best possible price. Unfortunately, one of the most common mistakes sellers make is setting the price too high.
