More about Andre

Hello, my name is Andre Conradie and I have been a part of the real estate industry since 2003. My passion for sales and marketing began in 1982 and it was my father who introduced me to the world of real estate. After moving to Ballito from Greytown, I decided to pursue a career in this exciting and ever-changing field. My focus is primarily on residential and holiday home sales, and I take great pride in helping my clients find their dream homes. What sets me apart from others is my belief that building relationships is more important than making a sale. I am dedicated to finding the perfect home for my clients and ensuring their satisfaction. In terms of qualifications, I hold a Diploma in Mining Engineering and am a certified NQF4 real estate agent. I currently work as an estate agent from Westbrook to Zinkwazi, with a specialization in Zimbali Estate, Simbithi Echo Estate, Zululami, and Seaton Estates. To keep fit I enjoy playing squash and golf and I am a member of Nomads Golf Club
