Alistair celebrated 20 years with the company in 2023, having been awarded the Harcourts Sapphire Pin for sales in excess of R600 million.

Regularly featuring amongst the top residential agents nationwide, Alistair has an incredible knowledge of all things “real estate”.

A stand out of his career has to be taking on Kelderhof Country Village in 2011. Sales had stalled during a downturn in the market for the previous 2 years with only 11 homes on the estate. Working alongside the developer, the architects, contractors, finance originators and attorneys, a plan was formed and successfully executed. During a time of stifled bank lending, new product options were released to the market through proactive campaigns culminating with a massive increase in sales. The estate blossomed and, now complete, Kelderhof is now one of the gems of the Helderberg. One of many success stories!
