I am Alet Smit, previously Veldman, mother of 3 children, 7 grandchildren and lives in Ramsgate with Lourence Smit, my husband and partner in crime of 10 years. We are living in Manaba Beach on the South Coast of Kwa Zulu Natal and loving every minute of it. We moved to the South Coast five years ago, to semi-retire and then found out that it is still not the time to retire after all, I am passionate about people, as I am a trained nurse, I am very sensitive to people`s needs and can relate with people`s struggles and needs. I am in Real Estate for 15 years now and enjoy every moment of it! I have vast experience in all kinds of real estate, residential, industrial, share block, businesses, farms, smallholdings and specialize in Sectional Title. When I am not working, I love walking on the beach with my husband and little Yorkie Basco, I love baking and creating with chocolate as I am a keen chocolatier. I had a little chocolate shop a few years ago and loved it. I also love gardening and sewing, making teddies etc etc. I am dedicated and trustworthy. Everything I have is just borrowed and a blessing from God, Everything I am is of His Grace.
