The Flat has two bedrooms:
There is only one toilet, tucked neatly beside the bedrooms. Though small, it was always is spotless, with a vase of fresh flowers on the windowsill to remind visitors that even the simplest spaces could feel special.
The kitchen is the heart of the home. It wasn’t large, but the smell of simmering stews and freshly baked bread often filled the air, drifting into the rest of the Flat
The highlight of the house is the open-plan lounge. With no walls to divide it from the kitchen, it is a space where life unfolded freely. Friends gathered on the worn but comfortable sofa, children played on the rug, and laughter echoed against the walls. From the lounge, one can see the kitchen, hear the bubbling pots, and feel connected — no matter where you sit.
It is not mansion, but it is a flat woven with warmth, simplicity, and togetherness. And in that little house, every corner tells a story of love, resilience, and the beauty of living with just enough.
