Manor House
The manor house is a spacious modern house with a thatched roof. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Below the house is a large office with a bathroom, which could be used as a third bedroom. Tasting Room
The newly built tasting room also functions as a venue for weddings and birthday celebrations.
Wine Production
The farm prides itself on the excellent potential of the terroir and unique flair of the wines from the vineyard to the bottle. The efficient cellar can handle 50 tons of grapes. The wines bottled are: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay/Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir Rosé, Pinotage, Shiraz, and Full Flight Blend. The following varieties are grown on the farm: Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, Shiraz, Pinotage, Mourvèdre and Pinot Noir.
Olive Oil
Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is grown and pressed on the farm. The following varieties are grown: Coratina, Mission, Frantoio, Kalamata, Arbequina, Koroneiki, Maurino, and Nocellara.
Wheat field
30 hectares are planted with winter wheat by another farmer.
The owners are developing the farm’s biodiversity and compliance by improving the natural ecology of the area.
Opportunities
Various opportunities can be developed on the farm.
1. Building of self-catering cottages. This will supplement the function venue.
2. Mark out walking trails around the farm for the appreciation of nature, especially the spring bulbs flowering in the Renoster Veld.
