This excellent cattle farm is located near to Lindley in the Eastern Free State and borders the Vals-river
The farm is well developed and divided in 17 camps. Barbed wire (1.2m) in average condition separates the camps. Each camp is provided with natural water from "spruite"or water from the strong borehole via a cement dam. The borehole is equipped with a windmill and a submersible pump. A removable generator is utilized to pump water during wind still periods.

411 Ha Natural grazing
431 Ha Total
The average annual rainfall in this area is 650 - 700mm per annum.
Camps have good quality "Rooigras" and the carrying capacity is 4 hectares per LSU provided that a good lick is available through the year.
The natural grazing from the "spruite" and "vleie" enhance the carrying capacity - especially in autemn.

Next to the store a room for one employee to stay
Removable livestock handling facility with loading bay is included.

There is no employee with living rights or grazing rights on this farm.
