Kransdans is a share Block company. This lovely game farm is approximately 1 336ha in size with 4 km river frontage and situated between Vaalwater and Lephalale (Ellisras). Only 260km from Pretoria in the Waterberg biosphere. The Tamboti river flows through the farm with waterfalls and beautiful bird and wildlife.
Very safe place without any theft or violence.
The farm is owned by shareholders scheme which has 40 shareholders and 34 developed stands. Buyer will receive a share certificated registered in your name.
235 ha against the river is the residential section which falls outside the game camp. Stands are laid out to be out of sight of each other and therefor guarantee privacy. This beautiful 3 bed Chalet with a rondavel are close to river. Upstairs room there's two double beds, two more can sleep in living room. Total 10 persons.
The farm has a good road infrastructure and are laid in such a way that people do not pass near houses. Stands are not fenced, and not a specific size.
In the living area is a communal recreation area with a Lapa, swimming pool, bar and other outbuildings such as a butchery, kiosk etc. The only place for Cell phone network

The share that is for sale is 1/40 th share in the farm that has the house on, and you will also buy a 1/40 th share in the entire 1 336 ha farm as well as the game on the farm. Up to 4 shares can be purchase from this share. You as shareholder are free to go as often as you like and the farm is not overcrowded with lots of people every weekend. There are various loose assets included like furniture, cutlery and crockery. The house is equipped with solar power.
Each stand is only allowed ten beds and one off-road vehicle. No commercialization is allowed.
General information:
The big advantage of share block is - it is legally regulated by the Share Block Schemes Act 59 of 1980. Everything is on cash basis - legally no debt is allowed.
The game camp is about 1,101 ha and is intact and pristine, only with roads and drinking spots.
Levy: ±R4,500.00 p.m. for salaries of staff, general maintenance of all improvements, water supply and cleaning service
Unfortunately, no pets, motorbikes, quadbikes, loud music, and noisy things are allowed.
Eskom only to the entrance of the farm and the communal area.
The management sets a hunting quota annually (for the farm, not per owner). Owners can then book hunts at normal market related rates. The income from hunting is used to keep the levy as low as possible. Every owner goes on game drives as and when he pleases, but during hunting the game camp shall be locked.
Game Impala, Kudu; Waterbuck; Bluewildebeest; Zebra ; Eland ; Giraffe; Nyala Warthog ; Bushpig; Rooiribbok The Waterberg's pack of wild dogs enters the farm from time-to-time.
