You have a choice of the developer's original plan, which entails the entertainment, kitchen and garages at ground level, and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor.
OR
You can opt to use the bespoke plan, amended for this stand where you still have the living and entertainment areas on the ground level, but the upstairs has been changed to a 3 bed, 2 bath layout.
Building timelines apply - 6 months to start building from the registration of the erf onto your name, and another 9 months to finish the build once building works commence.
