The area is excellent, with easy access to the city and southern suburbs (the rest of Cape Town) via a major highway. Additionally, the stunning Muizenberg Beach is just under 3km away, and St James tidal pool a short distance further. There is a Woolworths grocery store and bakery/ coffee shop 220m away, and the train station is 800m away. Another grocery store, restaurants, a pharmacy and a petrol station are 800m from the house. Zandvlei estuary, with a promenade and park, is located 650m away. And lastly, there are hiking trails up the mountain with incredible views of the ocean and estuary.
