The Reserve is for nature lovers and people serious about conservation. The Reserve is situated close to the R62 on the Plathuis road. Access to the property on the market is about 8 km on the Plathuis road.
Ownership is 4 shares within one of the companies. As a shareholder, you are allocated a plot within the reserve where you may build you dwelling. There are building guidelines and requirements.
One of the most sought-after plots in the Reserve has become available. The plot is situated in dense Karoo bush, with a mountain as a backdrop, and a nearby water stream running close by. Game such as Kudu frequent this area.
All Owners will have transversal rights over the Reserve under terms and conditions and with due respect for the privacy of Owners:
Game drives may be done at all hours, taking fellow residents into consideration
Motorcycles may be used to travel to and from a Member’s Portion, but other than for this purpose, no motorcycles or quad bikes are permitted on the roads of the development.
Walking and hiking on the property is permitted within the boundaries of the Touwsberg Private Game and Nature Reserve.
No hunting, culling, capture or shooting of ANY game by residents will be permitted in the Reserve under any circumstances whatsoever
No animals of any sort will be permitted to be kept in captivity within the Reserve. No pets or any other domesticated animals may be kept within the Reserve.
Although water is provided free for personal consumption, Owners need to appreciate that water is a precious resource and the management thereof is vital.
