The farm Uitzicht, a well developed vegetable farm near the Pretoria Fresh Produce Market, is for sale. The farm of 42 ha has a packhouse and cold room facility of 3245m2 and two dams of 280 000 liter each, on Ptn 134 with area of 6.88ha . There are two luxurious modern farmhouses (guesthouse calibre) on Ptn 135, size 15.3019ha, with a borehole that delivers 25 000 liter of water per hour.
