Land size is one hectare. The application site is located just to the south of Wierda Road /Old Johannesburg Road intersection in a quiet space. Apart from the Zwartkop Country Club and it's surrounding "residential golf estates" situated to the east of the proposed town, various other residential neighborhoods are also well established in the immediate area. The area has been earmarked for densities up to 85 du/ha, which will create the opportunity for the development of approximately 80 dwelling units.
