The furnishings include a queen-sized bed, pedestal with bedside lamp, ample built-in cupboard space, a bar fridge, a toaster and a television. There are large mirrors and custom artwork on the walls and the windows have fitted curtains. The half bathroom features a spacious shower, fitted blinds, and ample shelf and counter space. A second door leads out to an open patio area, with direct access to the pool and garden area.
Tenants enjoy access to a communal pool and outdoor area and have access to a carport. The monthly utilities are charged at R750 per month. This includes water, electricity, as well as daily servicing of the room and a weekly full clean, for your convenience. Please note, that there is no washing machine available for use, but a laundry service is available for R2000 per month (optional), covering washing, ironing and neatly packing laundry into cupboards.
