This fully furnished family home is ideal for expats, a family, or co-workers.
It overlooks a garden, infinity pool, river, and large trees.
The views and scenery make it look as though it's out in the country.
It is, however, only 15 minutes from the Sandton CBD, and 5 minutes from the N1 highway.
The sound of the river flowing blocks out all city sounds. It's quite remarkable.

One can then walk along the lawn which slopes down to the river, and this is a lovely spot for a picnic.

The gardens around the river have the appearance of a well-maintained park, which are serviced and maintained, making it a beautiful place to explore.
Only residents who live along the river have access.
There are always adults and children going for walks, cycles and picnics along the river. There are jungle gyms and trampolines along the way for the little ones.
It is safe, beautiful, and well maintained.
The gardener comes to the River House once a week, does the gardening, and cleans the pool too. (He has been working for us for 20 years),
And our helper is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, if required. She has worked for us for 17 years, and charges R395 per day. She is a miracle worker - the house and windows will be spotless, as will your clothes, and she waters all indoor plants.
To combat loadshedding, the house has solar panels, an inverter, and battery - meaning that loadshedding will likely go unnoticed.
