More about Ronelle

Your Passionate Property Practitioner at CCH

After 25 years in the diamond industry, I made a life-changing decision to transition into real estate—one of the best choices I’ve ever made.

Born in Alexander Bay, I am a proud Namaqualander, and my journey has been shaped by faith, experience, and the incredible people God has placed in my path. For the past six years, I have been deeply passionate about my work with CCH (Cape Coastal Homes), embracing each day’s challenges and joys with excitement.

It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients, sharing in their emotions—whether it’s the thrill of finding a dream home or the disappointment of a missed opportunity. Real estate is not just about properties; it’s about people, their dreams, and the futures we help create.

Family is my foundation, and their unwavering support has been instrumental in my journey. Being a grandmother to David and Tayah is one of my greatest joys!

My approach to real estate is built on trust, insight, and creating a safe space for my clients to make important, often emotional decisions. I believe in perseverance, honesty, accountability, and delivering exceptional service.

I live by the motto: "Work hard in silence, let your success be your noise."

At the end of the day, real estate is more than transactions—it’s about making a difference in people’s lives, and that is a privilege I never take for granted.
