More about Renaliza

My previous profession as a practising Physiotherapist is where my great passion for people developed. During my career I gained invaluable experience in building special relationships of trust and mutual respect with my patients. These characteristics are what I will build my new career in Real Estate on.

Following my experience of absolute excellence by the way Kainos Properties handled a transaction for mine a number of years ago, was the motivation for my choice of which agency I wanted to be part of. At Kainos Properties I received invaluable in-house training as well as training with several Legal Firms.

I strive to build lasting relationships with all my clients and have an understanding of their special needs in the Real Estate market, whether it be the seller or the buyer. Often people’s most valuable asset is entrusted to us as Property Practitioner, and I will always handle this with great care and respect.

My main focus areas are Avondale, De Tijger, Oostersee, Parow North and Vasco Estate.

An old saying comes to mind and it reads as follows: “A man’s home is his castle”.
