Over 2 x decades of property experience in the residential, sectional title and property development industry in the Cape Town Metropolitan area with Comprehensive exposure to “Front-of-House”,Marketing and general property management, residential letting & Property sales at a 5-star level. The aforementioned, serves as my testament confirming the time and effort that I’ve invested in the local residential property industry/profession since 1997 to date with back-to-back employment as a property practitioner and also invested my time in completing of the prescribed Further Education Training of SERVICES SETA NQF 4 & NQF 5 level examinations and the exemption of the PDE Level 4 (due to credit/ merit by the EAAB) & wrote/ passed the Professional Designation Examinations (PDE Level 5) and also completed 5-year roll of CPD (Continued Professional Designation examinations) with the EAAB from year 2015 to date with the required verifiable and non-verifiable points system accumulated.
