More about Kobus

I started my journey into the world of Real Estate in March of 2000. I undertook to do all the training I could find. I have done RE courses on most topics you can think of: The industry, residential agent, investment, sales & letting, buying & selling, financing, development, whole selling, short selling, and speculating!

I most certainly don't know everything, but I do have a passion for property. I own and manage my own portfolio, and I have a real soft spot for helping people who wants to get into the investment market, or want to expand, but are unsure about the risks.

I would love to offer advice on selling your home - being the most valuable asset most people would ever own. It is no small thing to buy and sell one's home, and I want to assure you of my best attention during this period.

My focus is on the areas surrounding the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, stretching into the Winelands and Helderberg. Although, as a KW associate, I sell houses anywhere in SA through our extensive, professional network of Keller Williams associates.

Ask me anything, I'd love to help!
