With an innate understanding of lifestyle, hospitality, and aesthetics passed down from her mother, Julia's passion for real estate extends beyond marketing. She has successfully transformed properties, ventured into various residential investments, and turned them into lucrative income-generating assets.

Julia finds her true joy when she's amidst construction teams, overseeing the transformation of unremarkable spaces into stunning ones.
