More about Juan

At the age of only 16, my journey in the hospitality sector began. Following my school years, I chose to relocate to the United Kingdom, where I continued to build my career in the hospitality industry. Upon my return, I shifted my focus to the construction sector. In 2004, I embarked on the path of Real Estate Sales and Rentals when I joined a property management company. Here, I took charge of a portfolio comprising 194 rental units, serving various owners and investors.

The year 2005 marked a turning point as I was approached by a well-established agency in the West Rand, boasting a national presence. They entrusted me with the responsibility of launching and managing their rental division, a task I executed successfully. During my tenure, I expanded my horizons into sales and took pride in becoming one of the youngest agents in the company to attain membership in the millionaires’ club.

In 2006, I decided to return to the Hospitality sector and took on various senior management roles before eventually starting my own businesses. Since then, I've provided consultation services in various events, hospitality, and project management positions, establishing myself as a proficient management consultant. Now, I've made the decision to re-enter the property sales, management, and Sectional Title Education industry, adding it to my diverse portfolio. I'm here and fully prepared to assist you with all your property sales needs.
