The prices have increased almost daily recently. This has created a stock shortage in decent houses under R1,8m and stands under R375 000. The property market is vibrant and healthy at the moment.

Lots of activities for Nature lovers. From walks in the mountains to out 1,2km clean beach. There is an Eco Primary School in town and lots of privacy & quiet.
