More about Conni

My name is Conni Tyabule, the fast talking ‘Durbanite’ by birth, somewhat patient and very astute, now residing in Centurion.

I served in the Financial Advisory field as well as the Insurance field for over eleven years combined. I worked for a Global Wealth Management firm founded in The United Kingdom, I assisted ultra high net, high net worth individuals, UK and South African expats with setting up investment portfolios and international pension trusts. Being able to connect and understand people from different backgrounds made me realise, I love helping and working with people, hands on.

The common factor has always been people, from various backgrounds and cultures. I pride myself in being flexible and being an extrovert, this is pretty easy as you quickly learn within seconds of talking to someone, the calibre of person you’re dealing with and how to connect with them at their level. I absolutely enjoy connecting with people and leaving them better than when I found them and my passion for people coupled with my love for luxury houses and abstract architecture led me to the world of Real Estate. I cannot imagine doing something more fulfilling at this point.

‘Do something you love, and you will never work a day in your life’ has never rang more true for me than it does with Real Estate. I have always believed that one should never stop searching and nobody sums it up better than Jim Rohn ‘If you are not happy where you are, move, you are not a tree.

The ultimate goal is to be the ‘go to ‘people’ person’ in Real Estate.

The property market: slow recovery, but positive momentum
30 Jan 2025
The South African housing market is showing some promising signs of recovery, but it's not quite smooth sailing just yet. According to the latest FNB House Price Index (HPI), house price growth remains slow, clocking in at just 0.9% in December. That’s slightly down from 1.0% in November, bringing the annual average to 0.8%—a dip from the 1.5% recorded in 2023. While this may seem underwhelming, it’s in line with expert predictions.
