I have studied Home Economics and have been active in consumer markets from as early as 1993. I have been active in office administration, design, marketing, managing, manufacturing and installation, and rentals. Markets and industries, I have worked in include housing related consumer goods, construction materials, home made goods, catering, environmental goods, interior décor design, supply and installation of household decoration and the rental industry.

I know the residential areas of Walmer Heights, Lovemore Heights, Miramar, Salisbury Park, Sardinia Bay, Lovemore Park, Chelsea, Seaview, Kinibeach and Beachview. I also understand the complexities of assessing  the needs of my clients and ensuring these are met.

I am available for viewings on appointments. I enjoy clear and unambiguous communication with a focus on clarity for all concerned.

Awards and recognition

I have attended several Vivian Marx courses in Cape Town since 2011:

  1. the Rental Housing Act,
  2. CPA application on the Rental Housing Act,

  4. Extended Rental course

Personal

Our family have moved from Gauteng to Mpumalanga in 1998, then to Botswana in 2002, then to London, UK in 2005. We relocated in 2009 to Cape Town and I have worked since 2011 for Livingview Properties as agent in Somerset West, the Strand and Gordon’s Bay.

I am passionate about animals and I have been working with Marizanne Ferreira with her Pitbull Rescue Organisation, named Zanne Welfare. As a team we built runs for the shelter animals at Animal Welfare in Victoria Drive.
