I am a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in South Africa’s dynamic property market.

As the Founder and CEO of Afriq Properties, I lead the company’s vision, operations, and a results-driven team specialising in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property development — with a strong emphasis on compliance, service excellence, and strategic growth across the country.

I hold a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) designation and am registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). I am also an NHBRC-accredited home builder, which enhances my work in property development with deep insight into construction standards and regulatory compliance.

Academically, I hold a Degree in Marketing from the University of South Africa (UNISA), along with specialist certifications in Property Investment and Practice from Wits University, and Property Development and Investment from the University of Cape Town (UCT).
