What can you do?

Explore and compare asking prices, including average and median prices, price per square meter and listing counts.
Find estate agents in your preferred area, or search for a particular agent or agency.
For example, start with:
“Find 2 bedroom apartments in Cape Town with ocean view.”
Then refine your search:
“only show floor size over 100sqm and exclude bantry bay”
Or explore an area before deciding where to buy:
“Compare asking prices for 2-bedroom apartments in Sea Point and Green Point.”
Connect your favourite AI assistant
Claude is part of a broader step towards making MyProperty available through the AI tools you choose to use.
Our connector also supports other compatible AI assistants and custom tools through MCP, a standard that lets AI assistants connect to services like MyProperty. Compatibility and setup depend on the tool you use. ChatGPT support is currently available in developer preview.
