Our new Compare feature on MyProperty helps you look beyond the basics and understand how your favourite properties really stack up.
From your Favourites section, you can select homes and generate a detailed comparison based on the things that matter most to you - such as staying within budget, having a modern kitchen, solar power, open-plan living or a particular lifestyle fit.
MyProperty combines listing information, market data and our MyProperty AI Vision technology to analyse both the advertised details and property photos. This allows the comparison to look at areas such as:
- Your priorities: how well each home matches what you are looking for.
- Smart property insights: asking price, price per m² and size compared with similar listings where enough data is available.
- Property features: including features identified from listing information and photos, such as kitchen islands, solar panels, views, gardens and fireplaces.
- Room-by-room comparisons: kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor areas and more.
- Strengths and trade-offs: comparing value for money, space, layout, condition, location, lifestyle and other practical considerations.
You can also keep your own private notes alongside the properties, so observations from your search or viewings remain part of the comparison.
The feature is available to anyone with a free MyProperty account. Simply save properties to your Favourites, then choose the homes you want to compare in your favourites collection.
It’s another way we’re making it easier to move from “I like these homes” to understanding which one may suit you best.
